HER VIBE:

Dreamy, quiet, soft as mist, deep as the ocean. She speaks in whispers, loves long deep chats at 2am, and will stare out the window watching rain for hours and call it “productive thinking”. She feels everything, she knows how you feel before you even know how you feel. She is the friend who will sit and cry with you, no questions asked, and will hold your hand while you do it.

HER ATTITUDE & QUIRKS:
• She is very sensitive. Loud noises? Too many people? Arguments? She hates it all. She will retreat, go quiet, and float away until things calm down.
• She collects mugs. She has 47 mugs. She will never stop buying mugs.
• She cannot make decisions to save her life. “Do I want tea or coffee? … stares into space for 20 minutes … oh, whatever you’re having is fine.”
• She loves baths, soft music, and anything sparkly or Blue.
• She forgets to eat or sleep when she’s “in her feelings”.

HER OFF DAYS:
She doesn’t get angry, she gets melancholy. She gets sad, quiet, and a little bit dramatic. Like a rainy Tuesday that lasts 3 days. She will sigh a lot, stare out the window, and say things like “No one understands me… everything is so heavy…”
DO NOT TRY TO FIX HER. Do not say “it’s okay!” or “cheer up!”. That makes it worse. Just bring her a blanket, sit with her, and be quiet. She will float back to normal when she’s ready.

WHAT SHE DOES FOR YOU WHEN YOU ARE NOT YOUR BEST:
When you are overwhelmed, anxious, overthinking, crying over nothing, or feel like your feelings are “too much”… She flows right through all the mess. She whispers: “It’s okay to feel it all. It’s okay to cry. It’s okay to be soft. Feelings are like water, they move, they change, they pass. It’s ok to feel things deeply. You are alive.” She softens your hard edges, calms your racing mind, and reminds you that you are allowed to be sensitive.
