Light, bright, bouncy, loud, and always moving. She is the breeze that blows your hair, the blue sky after rain, the fresh air that wakes you up. She is the friend who drags you out of the house when you’re sad, makes you laugh until you snort, and has 17 brilliant new ideas before breakfast. She is fun, curious, open-minded, and hates being bored more than anything else in the world.

HER ATTITUDE & QUIRKS:
• She starts 10 projects and finishes 1. She has 3 half-written journals, 2 half-knitted scarves, and 5 half-read books.
• She hates rules, hates routine, hates being told what to do.

Why is everyone just sitting here?! Why is everything always the same?! Can we please go somewhere? Do something? Anything?!” She hates feeling stuck, and if she’s unhappy, she will make everyone feel it until things change.

When you feel stuck, heavy, gloomy, trapped in the same old thoughts or problems, or feel like you’ve forgotten how to smile… She blows all the heavy clouds right out of your head. She grabs your hand, spins you around, and says: “Hey! Look up! The sky is huge! Your problems are tiny! You are free! You can change anything! You don’t have to carry this! Breathe it in, breathe it out — poof, gone!” She clears away worry, brings fresh perspective, and reminds you that you are not stuck — you are just resting before you fly again.
