She came into my life during a time when I was struggling to feel grounded and to find that sense of belonging.

In those quieter moments, she seemed to whisper: “You are of the Earth and of the Stars. You are safe to be here.”

I’ve always loved the nurturing beauty of Mother Earth. The way nature gives us so much without asking anything in return. The trees, the soil beneath our feet, the changing seasons and that wonderful feeling of being part of something much bigger than ourselves.

For me, this goddess represents the inner mother, the nurturing energy of the Divine Feminine and the quiet strength that comes from knowing your own worth.

She also carries the symbolism of the Root and Earth Star Chakras, reminding us of our connection to the Earth, our bodies and the place we have in this world.

And perhaps her most important message is this: You don’t have to prove your worth or earn your place here. You already belong.

Meet the Goddess

Oh, she’s the ultimate mother hen!

Warm, dependable and wonderfully cosy. She smells like freshly baked bread and rain on the grass. She’s the friend who turns up when you’re having a difficult day, makes you a cup of tea, feeds you something homemade and somehow manages to tidy your kitchen while she’s there.

She always has a blanket, a snack and a sensible piece of advice ready.

But don’t be fooled by her gentle nature. She has opinions!

Forgot to water your plants? She’ll notice.

Had crisps for dinner again? Expect a raised eyebrow and an apple placed firmly in your hand.

And whatever you do, don’t move her favourite chair! Once she’s found her perfect spot, that’s where she’s staying.

She loves crystals, soft cushions, cosy blankets and a beautifully peaceful home.

She’s usually the calmest goddess of them all. But when she’s having an off day, she becomes rather stubborn and quietly disapproving, especially when she thinks you’re not looking after yourself.

It’s all because she cares. Although she could probably learn to mind her own business occasionally!

Her Gentle Reminder

When you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure where you belong, perhaps she’ll remind you to slow down and come back to the simple things.

Feel the ground beneath your feet. Spend a little time in nature. Make yourself something lovely to eat. Rest when you need to.

You don’t have to do everything, fix everything or be everything to everyone.

Sometimes, just being here is enough.
