Collection: Meditations on Red and Blue
“A peaceful little world that appeared in my imagination.”
I love how painting can take me somewhere completely unexpected!
With Radiant Peace, I was exploring meditation through colour and imagination when a beautiful vision began to appear.
My mind travelled to India, and I started seeing water, lotus flowers and candles. I followed those images, enjoying the way the painting gradually came together.
There’s something I find so lovely about the combination of water, flowers and candlelight. It feels like a little moment away from the noise of everyday life.
I hope this painting gives you a moment to pause and enjoy its colours, and perhaps discover something of your own within it.
