I have been there: the heartbreak, divorce, the pain of losing loved ones… I know how heavy that kind of pain is. The kind that quietly steals your breath and makes you cry inside, even when to the outside world you look fine. What they don’t see is the constant battle to keep going, the quest to find that spark that means you are back on track. But sometimes it just isn’t there. Not for days, weeks, months even years. Until one day the spark is back. You suddenly realise for a few days you haven’t been crying inside… You start healing.
This is the space where my art lives.
